1. My tracking shows delivered, but never received it. What can I do?
You can reach out our support via e-mail or chat and we will resolve it for you. Usually this doesn't happen, but sometimes the courier is late due to ongoing pandemic.
2. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible once the courier pick up the package. You should contact nearest post office or courier directly referring to your tracking number.
Updating your order
1. Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once you completed the purchase you can not edit or cancel your order. If you want to add something to your order please contact the support.
2. Can I change my shipping address?
Once your order has been shipped you can not change your shipping address. But usually it takes 1-3 days to process the order so you can contact the support immediately after placing order and ask us to change your shipping address.
